SHIPPING & PROCESSING

 

We work on getting your order out as quickly as possible! Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Most orders are processed within 24 hours. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping times typically vary from 3 to 7 business days in the contiguous U.S. Please be sure that the correct address has been entered and that you are shipping to a secure location, as packages that have been shipped to an incorrect address or packages that are stolen will not be refunded. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you're located outside of the United States your order may be subject to customs fees/taxes. Customers are responsible for being aware of and paying any customs fees and duties charged by your country. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for becoming a part of the Spiritual Samurai Apparel community and choosing us for your clothing needs. As a small, passionate business, we deeply value your support in our brand. Our primary commitment is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

With that in mind, we are pleased to offer hassle-free exchanges and returns within a 15-day window from the date you receive your product. Should your purchase fall short of your expectations, rest assured that we are dedicated to going the extra mile to make things right for you.

For ALL exchanges and/or returns, please email us at SpiritualSamuraiApparel@gmail.com and include your order number to initiate the exchange/return process.

• To be eligible for an exchange and/or return, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and free of odors, debris and/or hair. Unfortunately if these conditions are not met, we will be unable to process your exchange and/or return. 

DOMESTIC EXCHANGES (including Canada)

Damaged/Wrong Item Received/Exchange for Different Size

Under our Satisfaction Guaranteed Program, If you:

1. Received a damaged item, OR
2. If we made a mistake with your order, OR
3. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, 

We will cover all shipping costs and provide you with a return label to ship the item back to us and also cover the cost to ship the correct item to you. Each order is eligible for one free exchange return label (unfortunately, you will not be able to exchange an order a second time with our free exchange label)

Once we receive your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If the above conditions are met regarding tags, odors, etc., then we will send out the new item to you within 1-3 business days. 

DOMESTIC RETURNS (including Canada)

When processing a refund for a returned item, please note that the initial shipping cost is non-refundable. Additionally, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping expenses for your item(s) to ensure their safe return to us.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was approved or not depending on whether the above conditions were met regarding tags, odors, etc. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the initial shipping cost. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at SpiritualSamuraiApparel@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to make sure you receive your refund. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• If you received a damaged item or wrong order, we will cover all shipping costs and provide you with a return label to ship the item back to us and also cover the cost to ship the correct item to you.
• Due to the cost of international shipping, shipping for exchanges and refunds will be your responsibility and original and return shipping fees will be non-refundable.
